WIP: setup chromium headless for velum instead of phantomjs #719

@ereslibre seems that Travis kill the job because to much time. Can you run this locally and post the output here if you have 3 min time? I think locally the job will not killed. Chrome and the driver are good setup but I cannot see where it is failing. ( I don't have any stable network during flight). Maybe it is because of certificate issue or maybe is slower dunno, at this stage we cannot see it. We might use circleci in future but for moment we need to know if it is failing or it is to much slower for travis

@MalloZup Try to decrease the capybara default wait time. It's probably that.
