Hello,
1.i try the demo Application it work fine but i can't find where to pay from my 
home computer on paypal so i can know for Sure it's paypal.
2.i have only wifi and i Want to know that the software after purchase does not 
test every time for license online Because I do not have Internet everywhere.?

you can purchase all my apps from within the Cydia application.

BTstack GPS checks the internet to see, if you purchased a license, it will 
store this information locally - no need for internet.
