http://www.themetalstore.co.uk/products/aluminium-tube-16swg-1m was previously suggested as a replacemetn for Part EG

@nsefan to contact US supplier and enquire about a price for replacement parts.

@philcrump to measure inside diameter of old beam to ensure replacement is appropriately rated

Potentially replaceable by a solid pole

Purchasing proposal

the metal store

From Ebay

£25.60 + delivery (ebay gives £10.45 as delivery but combined shipping might reduce this)

(we have also contacted the metal store to see if they can provide this part)

From Cushcraft

These come to $64.92 + shipping and taxes (these are coming from the US)

More parts of the beam have been found and are in cage 9 these need cleaning and inspection.
