[Feature] Secondary tap behavior on tab bar

I think it would be nice and in-line with iOS UI design patterns if the tab bar options worked like this:

• Home/Stories tab- First tap navigates to stories, second tap switches to Top Stories. maybe third tap refreshes
• Search tab- First tab navigates to search, second tap focuses search bar and opens keyboard
