Error with committee image URL #183

The img field in edit committee member doesn't let you put in a relative url in - it requires a URL schema - which then means some of the url are more than 100 chars long and so it chops the end off - need to make varchar bigger or allow relative urls (or both!)

This now uses a 500 length text field.
