Event Attendee tables might start getting quite big #206

These tables might start getting quite big. Might be nice to put them in Bootstrap Tabs or Accordion. Although this won't stop be approving this PR - can be done as an enhancement afterwards.

There are some not-working panel-collapse tags currently in the /src/site/views/event/tmpl/default.php file. First stepis figuring out what version(s) of bootstrap are running and then just surrounding each table in with divs using the correct classes/tags

tried bs2.3.2 tabnav componenst, not seeming to work c6658f3e6ffc
