Can you set up this form to be included in the club tab and for it to be editable throughout the year. Can it also be set up so that club committees cannot access their club tabs (to approve, register and graduate members) after 31st August each year until the form has been checked, updated if necessary (but show the past details) and submitted. It would also be good to add a check box for the club agreeing to the SWA’s T&Cs (when we finalise them) and a check box for consent to contact (although this solution is imperfect as we can’t explicitly verify that the SWA Point of Contact has given their consent to be contacted)
