event ticket member standard limits / needs flag #63

should this have 'level' as a column so we can switch it before they pay and mess up numbers in each division?

So currently club committee can register a member for an event, they can then purchase and of the tickets from that event they are allowed to.

In terms of AK they would be presented with for example Beginner and Intermediate.

I could probably rework it so that rather than a club committee member registering a member for an event they instead register a member for an event_ticket i.e. the more fine grained control.

OR

we could hope people are not stupid :) (and try and do this / fix this in the longer run)

ok got it. is each member going to have their level set in their user details? will that influence what level windsurf ticket they are able to buy

members do currently pick a level of windsurfing, although this currently doesn't so anything (it is just there as it is in the old system). We could add this as another restriction for event_tickets i.e. ticket X needs the member to be of standard X or above ?

Closing this specific issue as we have good enough validation on tickets atm and are planning on reworking the whole ticket system at some point
