Introduce a concept of orders #92

Orders can be linked into / replace the existing membership payments and the event ticket payments. Orders will also allow expansion and ordering of other things in the future, i.e. SWA shop?

And could also allow more flexibility in building an event package ticket ie buying windsurfing, tshirt but not accom (suitable for host members) etc.
