Do an acquisition with one depth. Start another afterwards with 4 and only one depth appears in the acquisition GUI. One option is to close the GUI automatically after an acquisition is complete, but this won't catch all problems. So should revisit how the acquisition GUI watches the number of depths to be imaged. Maybe forcing a refresh when bake is pressed will fix these things.

Number may not have been wrong, but at no point was it enabled when it should have been. This is now fixed. a58524116b21639c2f2c1bb4e23c74fcf4ea9ea2
