Depth power in ScanImage does not update when user expects because depths do not #145

When the user changes the number of depths in the BakingTray main GUI the ScanImage fast Z controls aren't updated until the user opens the preview GUI or presses Bake or Preview. It would be more intuitive if it updated when the number of depths is set in the GUI.
