Acquisition resume does not select correct image size #154

After resuming from a hard crash it is obvious that the resume is not selecting the correct image size in BakingTray and the user needs to do this manually.

In fact, ScanImage is set to the correct image size by SIBT.applyScanSettings, this just isn't updated in the main BakingTray GUI.
