There might be dropped frames #11

As of fea214e, I can work with higher frame rates. I see some evidence of a very low rate of dropped frames, but I haven't confirmed this.

I now save the frame time stamps (d00b772). I see a lot jitter in the values, so I'm not sure how trustworthy they are, but this is a start. Also see: bd66a9f

Jitter gone if we look at time stamps from board: 02c4e03
