Make an object-oriented GUI version

Make an OO version of the polished scanner and attach a simple GUI to it. Features that would be nice are:

• [x] Button to start and stop scanning
• [x] Checkbox to switch back forth between bidi scanning and normal
• [x] Edit box to change scan phase
• [x] Edit box for save file name
• [x] Check box for saving (disabled on scan start)

e2fd2d5 scanning starts and stops with button. Bidi checkbox added but not verified with real hardware. Still have the rest to do.
