autoROI-stitched image a little too large #163

Images acquired with auto-ROI stitch adequately now (21dd07acdecec3e0d967f47ebaecd0a0a572760b, ecd0893751d14b0c9c06b83f8b408dddd6815f85) as all images are the same size and the sample is correctly located within them. However, the stitched images are slightly larger than they should be. The code therefore needs fixing so it produces the tightest possible image size.

In relation to this. There seems to be a mistake in the way the stitched image size is pre-set for stitching with stage positions. It works, but it's a little odd. See: dea6bfedea8b7514132798f9ec0e5cf76ccb9be6
