Add to Grid measurement window options pull new grid image and set FOV #28

Add buttons or menu options to: 1) Measure current SI image 2) Apply pixel size to SI

These options should only appear if the user called the function in a mode where it pulled the first image from SI. Further, the application of the pixel size to SI should only occur if the measured grid is square or nearly so.

I think we'll want a class for this, TBH. Probably worth the effort.
