Through buttons or whatever in the GUI or a child GUI. When stuff changes here it automatically causes grid to be re-processed.

2c9293bc61209d5fabef5fd30a197ec749cf5624 Does not include z and xy pixel size, but those aren't very important now that we read them from the header.
