Add legends to measurePSF #43

Ensure that the figure contains the following info:

file name
date

file name of loaded stack is added (402d130e9fdcf6c078fbfca4866692691871e85c). The date of creation of the PSF measurement is in the file name of the PDF. If the PSF stack name is date stamped then this will appear on figure title in the PDF.
