Create new branch refine the sign up page *consider backend and "do something" with the data submitted

@AdrianR13a so the backend isn’t set up yet. If you can just set up the sign up page using the form from shadcn docs, that’ll be great! Let me know if you need any help and we’ll pair up on it👍🏾
