I have noticed that some of our UI code was getting a bit crazy, so I created this PR to address this by doing some refactors. There are a lot of changes here, and I understand that this might cause some headache with branches currently in progress. If we can't get it merged, it's not the end of the world, but these changes will help us in the long run
I have regression tested this pretty extensively, and I'm pretty confident that there are no issues. Most of the changes in this PR are just formatting, so it's unlikely it would break anything anyway.

I agree that this would be nice to have in but the merge conflicts might be nasty... there might be a good window to merge it though this weekend if we can get the current open stuff merged

@dsteen338 @tonerm43 One possible idea is to merge this branch directly into https://github.com/SWE-4103-Group-3/Project/pull/77 . It doesn't look like there would be many merge conflicts here.

@brandon1024 Well it might be worse considering that branch has it's own conflicts with develop currently. I guess it's up to @tonerm43
