SWE Instructors Remove Students

Fixes #23 Fixes #10

This PR is optional and doesn't have to be merged if there is no time to test.

Changes Proposed in this Pull Request:

Students can no longer remove themselves
Instructors can remove students

When we implemented students choosing seats, we allowed them to remove themselves and did not give that ability to instructors. Both of these were requirements which is why I quickly implemented these changes.

@jacsmith21 Can you clean up the commits for this PR? I think a rebase off develop should do the trick now that #81 is merged I haven't looked at the code yet, but on clickthrough it seems to work well!

@tonerm43 I tried to rebase off develop. I don't think I was able to clean up the commits though, I just added several useless merge commits :cold_sweat:
