User Story As a user, I want to click on a username, so that I can navigate to that user's profile page.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] When the user clicks a username in a community post, they are navigated to the user's profile page.
[ ] When the user clicks a username in a comment, they are navigated to the user's profile page.
[ ] When the user clicks a username in the search results, they are navigated to the user's profile page.
[ ] The feature works on both desktop and mobile.
