Let community creator to set initial community tags or categories for better discoverability

User Story As a community creator, I want to set initial tags or categories to make my community easier to discover. Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] On the Create Community page, there should be a tag input field where the creator can enter relevant tags or select from predefined categories.
• [ ] The tags should help improve the community’s visibility in search and recommendations.
• [ ] Tags should be displayed as selectable chips after being added
