Not defining at least one template and community rules, the Save button shall remain unclickable

User Story As a community creator, I want to ensure that the Save button only becomes active when I define at least one template and community rules, preventing incomplete communities from being saved.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] The Save button should be greyed out and unclickable until:
  • [ ] At least one template is defined.
  • [ ] Community rules are added.
• [ ] Once the required fields are filled, the Save button should become clickable and change to an active state.
