Create a responsibility assignment matrix as per the milestone instructions and upload to wiki, as mentioned in #71. The exact responsibilities can be discussed in the regular meeting.

Created a HIGHLY rudimentary matrix with general roles, might need to expand upon the individual responsibilities and use a better format. Will discuss in upcoming meeting, please give feedback.
