Jedi Flurry - The Dualist Heroic Jewelry Set will now give up to 4 seconds cooldown reduction to Saber Flurry (1 sec reduction for 3 pieces, 2 sec for 4 pieces and 4 seconds for 5 pieces).

This is in qa-testing and needs to be confirmed still.

the Jewelry Set stats it has it but its a 10 second cd with or without the set equipt

Is this just cosmetic or is it actually a 10sec cooldown?

actually i timed it on a stopwatch with and without the set equipt

Don't close issues, just mark them as failed.

actually, if they pass you can close them, but not if they prove out to be an issue.
