Added EFOL Armoire Schematic #349

There's a lot still missing, including master_items and item_stats. The schematics in question are already on the EFoL vendors. There are five or six of them in total. I have all the files, just hadn't gotten around to finishing.

@talisaknight - If there's work to do ya need to say that when you open your pull request so we know you aren't done. Typically, you would normally wait until done before creating a PR as well.

@AconiteX master is fine for PR work UNLESS it is specifically targeted for a 3.1 delivery - of which you need to identify work being contributed FOR 3.1 as well as WHO is delivering that work.

Yeah, that was my fault. I opened that with the browser, not realizing that I could add multiple files with the github app, if that makes sense.
