Beast Master Changed the mutation chance calculation to better reflect the size of the fervent mutation bonus.

I suppose SOE could have covered up the fact that they made a typo by calling it a "change in calculation" lol -- not sure, though, can't find much information on this. Unfortunately without evidence to the contrary, some of these hyper generic changes there isn't much we can do with.

Don't transfer to dsrc unless it's been identified as a true issue... i.e. been tested by QA and QA deems it to be something that needs to be fixed. In this case, it likely should have been identified as won't fix or something. I'm transferring back.
