Menu content improvement

The top bar menu should be improved. It should have

• The swift-hep logo should appear only once
• Font size of the menu items is too large
• Work packages pull down menu is OK
• Add a link to "Meetings" pointing to indico category
• Add a "Connect" item pointing to a new page where we list coordinators and team members
• Add an overview button which leads to a new page where we describe swift-hep in more detail using the nice pictures from the proposal
