Wrap output #21

Same issue as https://github.com/SWIFTSIM/HBTplus/pull/9, but it was easier to just create a new branch. Also don't want to overwrite Victor's branch. For Victor's changes it was the wrapping in subhalo_unbind.cpp that was resulting in differences when compared to master.

Note: when I ran the formatter, it undid you formatting changes, @robjmcgibbon. Is it possible we are using different configurations/versions?
