To test #4 I need to make some plots comparing runs with and without the changes to the subhalo position and velocity calculation. I've tried to make the scripts reusable in case they're helpful for #5. So far I've implemented central/satellite/all halo mass function plots with and without filtering on host FoF mass. The code is MPI parallel so it should be possible to run it on larger simulations.
