[Documentation] SodShock example referenced but missing #8

The Getting started documentation [0] and onboarding PDF [1] reference the example SodShock which seems to not exist anymore [2].

Hi!

Thanks for reporting this. The example moved to /examples/HydroTests/SodShock_3D and it looks like we forgot to update the documentation accordingly.

We will do so asap!
