Include SNIa rate plots to the pipeline #218

This adds a couple of SNIa rate plots as a function of stellar mass and SFR to the pipeline. I did not add the observational data but that will come later this week.

Note that this requires the latest version of the velociraptor module.

I am planning to add observational data in another PR. But this is the version with your suggestions. I also updated a few typos and removed that it is just from the centrals. I probably have to change a few more things but I think it is good to already have a working version with the main plots.
