Some changes from Yannick's version

Here are a few changes from my modified version. In particular:

• Modified colour scheme for single-run plots that more clearly distinguishes between the simulation and comparison data
• Ability to specify which colours to use for each simulation in comparisons
• Ability to specify which label to use for each simulation in comparisons
• Ability to leave out some scripts when doing comparisons

The colour selection option also affects the main velociraptor-python library. Not sure what the best way would be to contribute these...?

i've taken the major changes from this and implemented them in different ways into the pipeline, so I will close for now. the last thing that remains is your request for different colours or an overwrite of the stylesheet, which if you still require please feel free to open as an issue.
