Add support for a new Caesar feature that stores the radial extent of a halo or galaxy. This allows SWIFTGalaxy to define the spatial mask needed to read in a geometric subset of the particle data. If an older Caesar catalogue is given to SWIFTGalaxy, it will produce a warning and the entire box will be read in before pruning to the halo or galaxy of interest.
