Report aimed to be published in BioHackrXiv as described in Hackathon-Wiki. Notes in branch README.

Everyone who contributed to the repository gets invited to add to the report. What I need from everyone is:

Name and affiliation to be filled in the markdown report
If possible a short text and an image for each annotation effort (I will collect the images into one panel I think). Otherwise I will try to extract texts from the issues and PRs here...
