NextUI 기반에서 Radix Primitives & Tailwind Variants으로 Design System을 재구성합니다.

작업 내용

NextUI Legacy를 제거합니다.
Button, Navigation, Popover, Tooltip, Search, Select Component를 추가합니다.
Material Design 기반 Custom Style이 Tailwind System에서 제대로 인식되도록 수정합니다.
