Merge livestock imputation and non-livestock imputation #137

The two module shares a large component. The difference is that synchronisation between parent and child are required for livestock.

Also remove saving the imputed value as rds objects. We have the option to impute for sessions now. This will eliminate the problem raised in issue #93
