Apply shares when transfer animal slaughtered from livestock to meat #157

Currently, the shares are only applied when transferred to offals, fat and hides. This does not make any sense and is inconsistent.

After a discussion with Luigi, he said that the share should be applied whenever possible. If the share is missing, then assign 100%.

The shares should apply for meat as well, this will allow the function transferAnimalSlaughtered and transferParentToChild to be merged.

Tomasz also clarified and said that share should be applied whenever passing or calculating values down the commodity tree.

The two function are merged, and now shares are applied to all transfer from animal to meat or other derived product of livestock.
