Change transfer flag from 'i' to 'c' #175

The reason behind this is because the flag 'i' is considered calculated and is removed prior imputation.

However, if this is removed, then all the animal slaughtered value transferred from animal to meat becomes unavailable and thus the meat commodity can not be removed.

The solution is temporary change the flag from 'i' to 'c' so transferred values are not removed while calculated value based on the identity are still removed for imputation and balanced.
