Non-standard mean #15

As stated in the vignette, standardizationWrapper has a use of mean that is only meant to extract the one non-NA value. This is going to confuse the heck out of someone (probably me) later on and should be changed.

This has the side effect of averaging in the case of multiple values. It's documented so it should stay.
