FbsTree corrections #34

Check if all the "only parent items" (this means that those items are PRIMARY) have been included int he FBS tree. I have found that this item are not included:

21170.92 Other meat ne (excluding mammals) 01442 Mustard seed 01443 Rapeseed or colza seed 01241.90 Other beans, green

Note that 21170.92 and 01241.90 are not even included into the tree of the FBS table in the SWS. This meas that it is not possible to select them querying the ITEM dimension of the SWS.

Note that also another item has been added: 01599.10 "Edible roots and tubers". It has been pushed in a previous commit.
