Inconsistent [tap] and [Pilot] Notation

The tap symbol is inconsistently noted across sets in the Text field. Some expansions express the tap symbol with "[tap]", while others use "Tap". I'm proposing we make it consistent across the board (partly because it makes a project I'm working on easier). The same goes for the pilot symbol. Some expansions use "[Pilot]" while others omit the symbol.

For what it's worth, I prefer using the [tap] and [Pilot] notation.

Agreed. I prefer the brackets around them, too.

This is always a pain when I am trying to convert the words into symbols on the Cantina.

I haven't come across that yet, but I like the "->" convention if we need to pick one.
