KAE Missing Promos #51

It looks like all the KAE Promos disappeared from Lackey.

A couple have overriden the default image (like Battle of Rakata Prime)

fixes needed here:

  1. the promo versions need to have promo in the name - there's ones not from KAE suffering from this too (e.g Vulptex)
  2. for KAE the promos need taking out of the KAT set file and putting in PROMO (if they're not already there)
