You can't choose the order of Poe Dameron's ability procs

Currently, when attacking with Poe it forces: DMG > Upgrade > Discard, when it should allow the player to choose any of them in any order

Adding onto this. Poe will also always ask the player to select a unit to destroy an upgrade from, even when the player opts to pass on that step. I am working on a branch to fix this. I will also take a swing at ^^
