Can conquer a city with a Battleship (haven't tested other ships) #296

In Civilization, ships can attack coastal cities, but can not take control of them after defeating all their defending units. In CivOne, I moved into an enemy city with my Battleship unit and gained control of it.

Also possible with airplanes, will try to fix it in the next preview version.
