Enemy cities cycle through in info panel as the enemies take their turns #344

In Civilization, enemy information in the info panel is hidden and a color-changing square in the bottom-left is displayed instead during enemy turns. In CivOne, enemy info is visible.

This screenshot depicts some Militia units in an enemy city I haven't yet encountered.
