Border graphical corruption #385

Does this happen every time? I've been testing loading/saving all day and I haven't ever seen this...

I have no idea. I have also seen it in other screens.

It doesn't happen every time. In the Civilopedia, clicking Hills, leaving, clicking Hills, etc. shows either no border or this corrupted border seemingly randomly.

I now have the same issue... working on a solution.

This issue has been solved with my recent graphics/sprites rewrite.
