Restore automatic `VMAP_OFFSET` check #10

The script src/aux/config_test.sh, as indicated in configure.ac, does not exist. Its purpose is to build the test program which tests if an offset to symbol addresses has to be used.

A pure autotools solution would be preferable, but I don't know any at the moment.

VMAP offset testing is automated in the revised build system.
