BUG: GraphiteReceiver overwrites values on instantiated counters #5

After add some debug lines to the code you are putting to graphite the next value

esxtest.hostname00_domain_com.disk.busResets.summation_number 0 1426251660

But debugging you are getting indeed this this value from one instance. ( naa.60060e80164e8b0000014e8b0000204a) and you are not setting it in the metric path. So for each instance you are sending the same metric name overwritting previous instance values.
